Terms of Trade

1. Introduction

Welcome to RME Solutions Technology. These Terms of Trade govern the sale of goods and services by RME Solutions Technology to you, the customer. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Agreement" means these Terms of Trade.
"Goods" means the products offered for sale by RME Solutions Technology.
"Services" means the services offered by RME Solutions Technology.
"Customer" means the person or entity purchasing goods or services from RME Solutions Technology.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by RME Solutions Technology. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices for goods and services are as quoted and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and RME Solutions Technology is not liable for any delays. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to reasonable grounds within 15 days of purchase. Services delivered are non-refundable.

7. Warranties

RME Solutions Technology warrants that the goods will be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold. Any additional warranties are as provided by the manufacturer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RME Solutions Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods or services.

9. Costs of Recovery

The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by RME Solutions Technology in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify RME Solutions Technology. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs, solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission, and legal fees on an indemnity basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Trade are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Amendments

RME Solutions Technology reserves the right to amend these Terms of Trade at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
